Hengshui University and the University of Central Missouri, USA gathered in the cloud to review the history of cooperation, explored the ways for further cooperation, and signed an in-depth cooperation agreement between the two universities on January 5, 2022.

HSU and UCM have carried out many friendly online exchanges. The two universities have established a good cooperative relationship and conducted in-depth cooperation and discussion in computer, mathematics, biology and other majors. In particular, the "3 + 1" project of Sino-US cooperative education in mathematics has been successfully approved by the Ministry of Education of China, which shows that the cooperation between the two universities has a good beginning and prospect.
Dr. Roger best, President of UCM, said that central Missouri University attaches great importance to cooperation with Hengshui University. At present, the two universities have established a deep and solid cooperative relationship. The signing of cooperation memorandum will further promote the two sides to broaden cooperation fields, deepen cooperation and friendship, and work together for mutual benefit and win-win results. He looked forward to face-to-face exchanges and cooperation between the two universities after the end of the epidemic.
At the end of the talks, Dr. Wang Shouzhong and Dr. Roger best signed the agreement on education cooperation in the cloud meeting.
