The Department of Chinese & Broadcasting
The Department of Chinese & Broadcasting is one of the largest departments with the longest history in our school. It has 5 undergraduate majors: Chinese language and literature, radio and television, advertising , broadcasting and hosting art, radio and television editing and directing, and 1506 full-time undergraduate students. There are 79 faculty members in this department, including 4 professors, 19 associate professors.
This department has five teaching and research offices and four non-substantive institutes, namely the Shakespeare Institute, the Folk Culture Institute, the Comparative Literature and Comparative Culture Institute and the Advertising Business and Management Institute.
