On June 14 and 15, An Xiaohong, the Director of the Department of Foreign Languages, led teachers and students to attend the Hengshui·"the Belt and Road" National Economic and Trade Promotion and Matchmaking Conference in charge of the translation of the welcome dinner and the formal meeting.

   They have successfully completed the host speech of the welcome dinner, the accompanied interpretation work at the banquet, respectively translated the speeches made by the leaders of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Hebei Council and Hengshui City, made English-Chinese interpretation for the product promotion of foreign businessmen along the Belt and Road such as Jamaica and Venezuela, and accompanying interpretation for the visit of the sponsor and foreign investors to Hengshui Laobaigan Liquor Group, Yangyuan Beverage Company, and Gelei Company to introduce the products of the foreign investors, answering questions and resolving doubts, promoting communication between both parties, etc.
