On September 8, 2023, Dr. Philip Ross Hull, Director of the International student service of the University of Central Missouri, visited Hengshui university. Song Qingxi, Vice President; Ma Yunyan, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Center; Wang Zhiyuan, Cui Linlin, Feng Yu and Yang Huanyu from the International Cooperation and Exchange Center attended the symposium.

 At the meeting, Song Qingxi expressed welcome to Dr. Hull. He pointed out, the two universities have sincerely united and worked together, and have achieved fruitful results in Sino-foreign cooperative education project since 2020. Both universities have a long history and a lot in common. He hoped that the two universities will enhance mutual visits constantly, strengthen exchanges, and jointly promote bilateral cooperation and exchanges to a higher quality, deeper and higher level.

 Hull thanked the warm reception, and pointed out that the University of Central Missouri in the United States is in a leading position in the construction of various majors in Missouri, and the University of Central Missouri will continue to promote friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two universities, and continue to deepen the all-round cooperation between the two universities in cooperative scientific research, exchanges between teachers and students, joint training and other fields.

 After the meeting, Dr. Hull had the campus tour.

 On the morning of the 9th, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Center of HSU and Dr. Philip Ross Hull, Director of the International Department of UCM, had a deeper exchange on the cooperation between the two sides. The two sides fully exchanged views on the exchange of innovative students abroad, English teachers to teach in HSU, the introduction of high-quality international programs, and Chinese teachers as visiting scholars, and many other aspects, and achieved fruitful results.

 After the meeting, Dr. Hull visited the new campus in Binhu.

 The visit of the director of the international student services of the University of Central Missouri will promote the exchanges once again and cooperation between the two universities in teaching, teachers and students. The two universities will take this as an opportunity to jointly push the bilateral cooperation to a new height.
