Recently, the Ministry of Education officially approved the establishment of Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education Program of  Hengshui University and University of Central Missouri of USA in mathematics and applied mathematics. This program is the first  Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education Program , which has achieved a zero breakthrough in Hengshui University.

It plans to recruit 100 students every year. The largest scale of students in this program is 400 people per year. Students can graduate and be awarded the undergraduate diploma, bachelor's degree certificate of Hengshui University and bachelor's degree certificate of University of Central Missouri when they meet the graduation requirements.
