Sino-Ukraine friendship will last forever. On the evening of October 16, the welcome concert for freshmen from Tchaikovsky International Academy of Music and Art, Hengshui University, was held as scheduled. Secretary of the Party Committee Wang Shouzhong, Vice President Wang Guangyuan, leaders of Tchaikovsky International Academy of Music and Art and Zhejiang Yongchang Ledi Company and freshmen watched the concert together.
Accompanied the Sino-Ukrainian anti-epidemic song “I’m with You”, the host introduced the leaders present and the journey of cooperative education, and played the greeting video from Grigorenko Galina, superintendent of Education Bureau of Ukraine Culture Ministry, Maksim, president of The Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music, and other professional teachers.
Yang Heping, President of Tchaikovsky International Academy of Music and Art, Hengshui University, delivered a speech on stage. First of all, he warmly welcomed all the freshmen to be the first college students, and said “We celebrate this hard-won gains in the form of a concert”. His address mainly includes retrospect to enlighten the future, construction being a more important responsibility, and mission being our lifelong pursuit. Finally, he believed that the beautiful Tchaikovsky International Academy of Music and Art, Hengshui University will definitely be more exciting because of us, and our footprints and creations will certainly be remembered by Tchaikovsky International Academy of Music and Art, Hengshui University!
The first part of the performance was the former Soviet Union song “Katyusha” brought by the Zhuohua Girl’s Chorus of Department of Music and sung in Ukrainian and Chinese. Famous percussionist Yao Zilin played snare drum “Toccata”. Well-known pianist Wang Funa, soprano Wang Yinxiao and baritone Yuan Guangquan performed their best repertoires “Jasmine”, “When I Dream” and “I Love You So” respectively. Some brilliant young teachers from Department of Music also participated in performances. The concert received continuous applause and was praised by leaders and students,who really appreciated master’s art personally.
